How to Create a developer account

This guide is intended to be used by developers and data scientists working on behalf of InfoTiles customers.

Prerequisites

• Microsoft Entra ID Account (Formerly Azure Active Directory)
• Your work account domain must be registered with InfoTiles
• Your IT Admin must have granted Admin Consent to the 'InfoTiles Developer Portal' Enterprise App. Instructions are provided below

It is possible to create an account without a Mircrosoft Entra ID, however this may not comply with the data security policies of your customer or partner.

Instructions

1. Visit https://developer.klinkplatform.com
2. Click the yellow 'Sign in with Microsoft' button
3. Complete the sign in Process by signing in with your work details
4. You may not have immediate access to APIs these can be requested via the 'Products' menu in the top navigation, or will be assigned by your Administrator.

Troubleshooting

If you receive an error message, it is likely that one or both of the following are not complete:

• Your Administrator has not granted Admin Consent to the 'InfoTiles Developer Portal' Enterprise App
• Your work account domain has not been registered with InfoTiles

In either case, you can submit a support request here. Please add a screenshot, or copy the error text into the support request so we can quickly assist you.

Granting Admin Consent

Enterprise Admins can grant Admin Consent to the 'InfoTiles Developer Portal' Enterprise App by:

1. Initiating the Sign in with Microsoft process
2. Ensure the pop up shows 'Review on behalf of your Organization' See screenshot below.
3. Review the permissions requested
4. Click Accept.
